Class of 2026 five-star forward Christian Collins will take an official visit to the University of Kentucky on October 12th, 2025. The 6’8 standout from St. John Bosco (CA) is ranked No. 3 in the country by 247sports.
Kentucky has become a serious contender in his recruitment in the last couple of months. Kentucky head coach Mark Pope and assistant Jason Hart met with Collins and his family during an in-home visit this spring, and Pope recently coached him at the USA U19 training camp.
“I talk to Coach Pope and Coach Hart pretty consistently,” he told On3. “They really see me as a wing who can create and be involved in making plays.”

Though Kentucky football has a bye that weekend, the visit will give Collins a closer look at the program’s culture, facilities, etc — which are all key factors in his recruitment. He plans to decide during the late signing period, with schools like USC, Duke, Louisville, Kansas, Houston, Alabama, and others firmly in the mix.
With early connections in place a visit scheduled very early, Kentucky has positioned themselves well heading into the fall.
